What is the minimum rental period?


The minimum rental period for all bags is 3 days. You can rent for longer if you wish.


How does pricing work?

All bags have a clear daily rental price displayed. The minimum 3-day rental is charged at the equivalent of 3 days. For every additional day beyond the initial 3 days, the advertised daily rate applies.


Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom.


How does delivery and collection work?

We use tracked and signed-for DPD services for both delivery and collection.
  • For a minimum 3-day rental: DPD will deliver the bag on Day 1, and collect it from your address on Day 3.
  • Return labels are included in the box we deliver.

 

What happens if the bag is damaged while in my possession?

You are fully responsible for the bag during the rental period. We expect the bag to be returned in the same condition it was received (normal light wear and tear is acceptable).
  • Minor wear (e.g. light surface scratches from normal use) is usually covered.
  • Noticeable damage such as stains, tears, deep scratches, water damage, missing hardware, odour, or significant soiling will incur additional charges.
We will inspect the bag upon return and send you clear photos of any damage. You may be charged for:
  • Professional cleaning and repair costs, or
  • The full replacement value of the bag (in cases of severe or irreparable damage).
To protect yourself, we strongly recommend taking detailed photos of the bag immediately upon receipt and just before packing it for return.


What should I do if the bag arrives with noticeable damage?

Please photograph the damage immediately and contact us right away (hello@elitebagvault.com). We will advise on next steps and arrange a replacement if needed.
What happens if I miss the DPD collection?
  • We will automatically arrange another collection for the next day.
  • If you miss a second collection, you will be charged the daily rental rate for every additional day until the bag is returned.

Can I request a bag that isn’t listed on the website?

Yes! Please visit our Contact page and let us know. We are regularly adding new bags and will try to source specific requests.


How do I return the bag?

Use the prepaid return label provided in the delivery box. Pack the bag securely in the original packaging and wait for the scheduled DPD collection from your address.


Is the delivery tracked?

Yes. All deliveries and collections are fully tracked with DPD. You will receive tracking notifications via email and/or SMS.
