This Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy applies to all rentals made through Elite Bag Vault. Please read it carefully before placing an order. By renting from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Shipping & Delivery
- All deliveries and collections are handled exclusively by DPD Courier Service (tracked and signed-for).
- We aim to dispatch your order within 1–2 business days after approval.
- You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your bag is dispatched.
- Delivery is available across the United Kingdom. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Elite Bag Vault is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or unforeseen events.
- Someone must be present at the delivery address to sign for the package. If no one is available, DPD may leave a card or attempt redelivery.
- The rental period begins on the day the bag is delivered.
- At the end of your rental period, you must schedule the return collection through your account so DPD can collect the bag on the correct date.
- The bag must be returned in the original protective packaging we provided, properly sealed and ready for collection.
- You are responsible for ensuring the bag is ready for pickup at the scheduled time.
- The rental period ends when DPD collects the bag (or when we receive it back).
- All bags must be returned in the same condition as received, allowing only for normal wear.
- Upon return, we will professionally inspect each bag.
- You are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear, including stains, tears, missing parts, strong odours, or water damage.
- Failure to return the bag in acceptable condition may result in repair, cleaning, or replacement charges.
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled delivery date qualify for a full refund (minus any non-refundable administration fees if applicable).
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- Once the bag has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible and no refunds will be issued.
- Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Late returns are charged at 2× the daily rental rate per day (or part thereof) until the bag is received by us.
- If the bag is not returned within 7 days of the due date, it will be considered lost, and you will be charged the full Replacement Value of the bag.
- Shipping fees (outbound and return)
- Optional Damage Protection fees
- Rental fees for used portions of the rental period
