These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”, “you”, or “Renter”) and Elite Bag Vault (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing the rental of luxury handbags and accessories through our website [YourWebsite.com].By accessing or using our website, creating an account, or placing a rental order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Definitions
- Bag or Item: Any luxury handbag, accessory, or related product available for rent on the Platform.
- Rental Period: The number of days for which the Bag is rented, starting from the date of delivery/collection.
- Daily Rate: The daily rental price displayed for each Bag.
- Replacement Value: The full retail or current market replacement cost of the Bag as determined by the Company.
3. Rental Process and Booking
- All rentals are subject to availability and approval.
- A valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and a secure payment method may be required.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any rental at our sole discretion.
- The minimum rental period is 3 days.
- The Rental Period begins on the day the Bag is delivered or collected and ends on the day it is scheduled to be returned (or picked up).
- You may request an extension subject to availability and approval. Additional daily rates will apply.
- Rental fees are charged according to the displayed daily rate for each Bag.
- Standard charges are calculated as: Daily Rate × Number of Rental Days.

Additional charges may apply for:
- Late returns (see Section 10)
- Damage beyond normal wear
- Loss or theft
- Cleaning or repair fees
- Cancellation or modification fees (where applicable)
- All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees are charged separately.
- All pick-ups and drop-offs are handled exclusively via DPD courier service (tracked and signed-for delivery).
- We will provide a tracking number upon dispatch.
- You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to sign for the delivery and return.
- Delivery and collection dates are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier or events beyond our control.
- The Bag must be returned in the original protective packaging provided, properly sealed, and ready for DPD collection.
- All Bags are professionally inspected and cleaned before dispatch.
- Upon receipt, you must inspect the Bag within 24 hours and report any pre-existing damage via email with clear photos. Failure to do so will mean the Bag is deemed received in perfect condition.
- The Bag must be returned in the same condition, allowing only for normal wear consistent with careful use.
- Follow all care instructions provided with the Bag.
- Keep the Bag away from water, extreme heat, sunlight, perfume, makeup, and pets.
- Not use the Bag for events with high risk of damage (e.g., festivals, beach, sports).
- Not alter, repair, or clean the Bag yourself.
- You are fully responsible for the Bag from the time of delivery until it is successfully returned and accepted by us.
- In case of loss, theft, or irreparable damage, you will be charged the full Replacement Value of the Bag.
- Minor damage or excessive wear will incur repair or cleaning charges (minimum £50).
- We strongly recommend you consider appropriate personal insurance. Optional Damage Protection may be offered at checkout (where available).
- Returns must be scheduled via your account so DPD can collect on the correct date.
- Late returns are charged at 2× the daily rate per day (or part thereof) until the Bag is received.
- After 7 days late, the Bag will be considered lost and the full Replacement Value will be charged.
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a full refund (minus any non-refundable fees).
- Cancellations within 7 days are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- No refunds are issued once the Bag has been dispatched.
- All refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- All luxury brands and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any luxury brand.
- We guarantee the authenticity of every Bag we rent.
14. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of the Bag or breach of these Terms.
15. TerminationWe may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms.
16. Governing Law and Dispute ResolutionThese Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
17. Changes to TermsWe may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
